Area Director & Younglife Head Leader

Curtis has been working with youth for 10+ years. He grew up in Lee’s Summit and was a Younglife kid as a high schooler. He went on to volunteer for Lee’s Summit Younglife for 5 years before returning as a staff person. He has a bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership, is a certified Christian Life Coach, and a certified Youth Mental Health Coach. He loves his beautiful wife and kids.

Younglife Head Leader

Jennifer has been working with youth for over 15 years. She is a trauma-informed educator that focuses on mentoring youth using equine (horse) therapy and outdoor/wilderness opportunities. When she's not at Monday Meals you can find her rock climbing, hiking, or in the barn with her 2 horses.

Capernaum Head Leader

Harper grew up in Lees Summit and found community in Young Life. In high school, she volunteered as a WyldLife leader before serving on Summer Staff where she learned about Capernaum. When she’s not leading goofy games and cheering on our athletes at Special Olympics, she’s probably hanging out with her dog, Finn, and her husband Drew.

Area Administrator

Paige has been on staff with Young Life since December 2023, where she combines her passion for ministry and creative skill set to help teens in LS grow in faith and community. Paige is also deeply involved in Capernaum, a program supporting young people with disabilities. Outside of ministry, Paige enjoys floral design, spending time with her 5 year old son, Emerson, her family and friends, and fostering joyful, intentional relationships.
